Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our online pharmacy weight loss clinic. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Pharmacy Weight Loss Heysham is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy operating in Heysham, UK (GPhC No. 9012511). We provide clinically supervised weight loss consultations and prescription medicines to eligible patients.

We reserve the right to decline treatment to any individual who does not meet our clinical criteria or who provides false or misleading information.
All prescription medicines supplied by us require a valid prescription issued by our GPhC-registered pharmacist prescriber following a completed consultation.
Our pharmacist will review your consultation responses before any prescription is approved. We may contact you to request additional information or clarification before a decision is made.
Prescriptions are issued at the sole clinical discretion of our pharmacist. Completing a consultation does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued.
You must inform us promptly of any changes to your health, medications, or medical history that may affect your suitability for treatment.
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards via our secure payment provider.
If your consultation is declined by our pharmacist and no prescription is issued, you will receive a full refund of the consultation and medication fee within 5–10 working days.
We do not store full card details. All transactions are processed in pounds sterling (GBP).
Once your prescription has been approved by our pharmacist, your medication will be dispatched and delivered within 1 working day.
Deliveries are made to UK addresses only. You are responsible for ensuring the delivery address provided is accurate. We cannot accept liability for non-delivery resulting from an incorrect address submitted by the patient.
Medicines are dispatched in discreet, tamper-evident packaging in accordance with GPhC standards.
You may cancel your order before your prescription has been approved by contacting us as soon as possible. A full refund will be issued in such cases.
Once a prescription has been approved and your order dispatched, we are unable to accept cancellations or process refunds unless the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied. This is in accordance with UK regulations governing prescription medicines.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
